No, permission isn't required. We cater to the imprint able industry and designers like you.
Do you offer screen-printing (or other embellishment )services?
Yes, we offer screen-printing, sublimation printing, embroidery, and tackle twill.
Are there minimums?
Big Ben Fashion has no minimum order size for any available item. Just go ahead and order what you need.
Can I order custom colors and sizes?
Yes. Please refer to our custom order page lead times, and other details. When you're ready to place an order, email at email@example.com or call 1(917) 578-8401.
What is your return policy?
It is the customer’s responsibility to find discrepancies or defects prior to any alterations. Altered garments are not returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Samples are not returnable. All returns must be sent prepaid at customer’s expense. Please contact customer service for a return authorization and return address.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the receipt date!
What fabrics and materials do you use?
Most of our fabrics are made from 100% ring spun combed cotton. We also offer 100% polyester, CVC, PC blends.

How long will it take to process my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to fully process prior to shipment.
What shipping methods are available?
Orders ship via our preferred carrier, FedEx, unless indicated otherwise on your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges; the default delivery method is FOB, unless stated otherwise. Please allow one business day to process all orders.
